race: Human /Water Spirit

age: 15

appearance: Icy blue hair with sharp green eyes, and usually always carries a large scythe

special abilities: ability to manipulate water at will and at mind along with any water creature.

weapon(s)/ styles: mostly water and my scythe/bloody battling usually almost for death

Bio/Story: I was born with a water spirit within me and at the tender age of 3, its power began to show. Along with playing the ocarina(like Haichu, its a symbol between all my friends) which can also move the water and control it. The water spirit takes my side, but has right judgement, and if I disagree she will take over and kill that person explaining, though, she is never wrong. Soon after I became a killer, yet didn't have a strong purpose, but not a serial killer(sorry that's Felicity ^_^).

one is either human or reaper. not both but water spirit on the othe hand would be part human part water spirit

Then, can i please be human with a water spirit, but just carries around a scythe like a reaper but isn't one?
